In 2018, when I officially became incorporated as a company, I named my business Sustainable Health Project.
I was a health & fitness coach at the time but I’ve always valued sustainable results. I wasn’t interested in short term quick fix results.
Even when I was healing my relationship with food, I didn’t want to be binge free for a month or feel good in my own skin before a vacation. I wanted this for LIFE. My clients desire this too.
So even when I transitioned out of health & fitness coaching, I still kept this name. I never resonated with FOOD FREEDOM. I was never going to be the coach that just helped you eat what you wanted. I wanted to be the coach that helped you have freedom of choice where you have such a healthy mindset around food that you feel so empowered around what you chose to eat.
Health- I’ve always valued my health beyond what I was eating and how I was working out. I value spiral health knowing that God has the most extraordinary plan for my life.
Social health & being connected to people who love me and know my heart.
Physical health - and being strong in my workouts, having incredible health markers when I get blood work done. High energy, no bloating or inflammation. Living a long life.
Emotional health- knowing how to process my emotions without food. Feeling safe to fully express myself and all parts of who I am.
The word project came from me believing that I’m always a work in progress. I will be 90 years old and still be working on myself, my growth and becoming the greatest version of myself.
Yesterday on a client coaching call, she said: I realized that the best project that I’ve been working on has been myself & I’m so proud of that” and that’s when this all landed.
I’m the mentor for woman who value growth as a whole human. You don’t just want to stop binge eating. You want to meet your higher self. Fall so deeply in love with who you are. Find what you’re passionate about. Stretch yourself daily. Show yourself what you’re capable of. Have strong boundaries, process your emotions without food. Wake up and feel like a freaking badass every damn day.
God did not put you on this planet for you to live a good life. You’re meant to live the most extraordinary life. Full of joy, self love, freedom.
